I believe it was SMBHQ's Neglected Characters Forum.

Possibly one of the biggest cesspools ever. Being only 10 at the time, I was mocked constantly and scared off. That's when I found NC and now here we are.

I used to go on MFGG a fair bit - admittedly for the Forum Games (until they closed that off due to ?post insufficiency or something)

Otherwise SMPSF/MPL.
