No one, really. But Pauline is a bit likely, since she's not seen in many games.

Luigi would never betray Mario because they are brothers.

Princess Peach, no way, she relies on Mario to save her.

Toad, not likely, they give Mario helpful advice.

Yoshi would absolutely never betray Mario for any reason. Mario and Yoshi are best friends.

Pauline: Was abandoned by Mario for Peach.

Peach: Too stupid to do anything.

Toad: Gets left in the enemies castle when Mario 'saves' them.

Yoshi: Gets abandoned in mid-air all the time for a higher jump.
