new firmware is going to allow them to patch games. wasnt previously possible

its also adding the folders. Maybe Culdcept for JP? Not sure how they are releasing that or if its free or not.

Well this is surprising, I was figuring that Mario Kart would outsell Super Mario 3D Land, guess not. MK7 has sold 5.24 million copies compared to SM3D Land's 5.84 million.

Yeah but Mario Kart usually sells a lot better than 3D mario game (yet less than 2D ones).

Historically Mario Kart usually sells more than 3D Mario games (except for Mario 64/Mario Kart 64). Double Dash outsold Sunshine, MK Wii outsold Galaxy, MK DS outsold Super Mario 64 DS.

I'm sure in the long run MK 7 will outsell it though.
