Would love to see that, but it's doubtful at this rate. It could be possible for E3 2013, though.

Nintendo did pretty quick releases with MP8/MPDS so its not out of the question

If so, would we expect another by September 2012 - November 2012?

Then again, I'm not sure, because I'm sure they don't want to clash Mario Party 3DS with Pokemon Black 2/White 2.
